COVID-19 IMPACTED BOOKINGS: For any bookings that cannot proceed due to NZ government imposed COVID-19 domestic travel restrictions, we will be happy to credit the value of your booking to a booking for alternate dates or refund you in full where that is not possible.

This modern Mangawhai Heads holiday house is a large executive family home. It has four large bedrooms and large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. It has great indoor/outdoor flow with direct access to the estuary. Perfect for two families to share.

It sleeps 14 persons with 3x split king beds and a king bed inside the house plus there is a set of bunks and sofa bed in the garage sleepout plus a pullout sofa in the lounge. Please note in winter months it can be cool in the sleepout when it is very cold outside.

This large stylish sunny home, set in private park like grounds has views of the estuary and the Brynderwyns. It also boasts private access to the water. Kayaks are available for use as well as a petanque court. There is a hooded BBQ and gas heater. Plenty of rooms for cars and boats.

It is perfect for 2-3 families to share! 

Please note, the water pump for the house is in the garage so anyone sleeping in the garage may hear it run for 10-12 seconds if someone in the house flushes the toilet in the night - the pump can easily be switched off at night to avoid this.
