This modern and minimalist, family-friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides easy and comfortable living with a flat, fully-fenced back yard. The house has a great open-plan feel and is well set up for family groups, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at either end of the house and a central living/dining/kitchen space. It is a 10-15 minute walk down to the center of Mangawhai Village and everything it has to offer.

There is a large deck that flows out from the living space onto a flat back section with a small kids playset (slide and swings). With the section being fully fenced you can relax knowing any little ones can't wander. Plenty of off-street parking is available and there is room for a boat as well as a filleting station for cleaning up the day's catch.

With wifi and a 55 inch TV with Chromecast, you can cast your favourite apps from any compatible device.

This is a perfect base for your family holiday in Mangawhai with walking to the popular markets, shops, restaurants, the Tavern and Bennetts chocolate shop/cafe. Alternatively Mangawhai Heads is only a 5 minute drive away with the surf beach, estuary, golf course and Mangawhai Activity Zone on offer.

Mangawhai is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
