At the heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan living space, where the modern kitchen, dining, and lounge flow seamlessly onto a sun-soaked front deck. It’s the ideal spot to unwind with a glass of wine, fire up the BBQ, or simply take in the incredible sunsets. And now, you can elevate your stay even further by soaking in the private spa pool under the stars—the ultimate way to relax after a day at the beach.

Upstairs features three generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, walk-through wardrobe, and private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third is perfect for families, with a single-over-double bunk plus a pull-out single. Two bedrooms open directly onto the deck, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow.

Downstairs, you’ll find a fully self-contained area with its own entrance, including a queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and second living space—perfect for grandparents, extended family, or added privacy.

The fully fenced rear courtyard provides a safe and peaceful retreat for children, while the partially covered area means you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before slipping into the spa for a relaxing soak. A separate laundry with outdoor access adds extra convenience for longer stays.

There’s also ample off-street parking, including space for a boat or caravan (up to 7 metres), making it ideal for those wanting to explore everything Mangawhai has to offer.

Located just a short drive from Mangawhai Heads surf beach, estuary, boat ramp, cafés, shops, golf course, and supermarket, you’re perfectly positioned for a laid-back coastal getaway.

LINEN OPTIONS:  To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
