This magnificent 4 bedroom holiday home with panoramic views to Pakiri is located in the 'The Heads' gated community and is as close as you can get to the surf beach! It is well appointed with breath taking views on a elevated bush clad section.

Spread over two levels The Black bach offers open plan kitchen, dining and lounge on the top level with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs offers one room with a Queen and a bunk room (2 sets of bunks plus couch) with a second bathroom and fully equipped laundry. The bunk room has a TV for DVD playback only – there is no Sky or Freeview.

With the shared tennis court and pavilion within the subdivision you will be entertained for hours!

There is plenty of room for the boat and toys as this private subdivision also has a separate communal boat wash down and parking area.

Please note the heat pump is for heating in winter only, not for cooling and there is no WIFI

LINEN OPTIONS:  To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
