Welcome to Seaside Serenity, your peaceful seaside escape perfectly located between Waipu Cove and Langs Beach. This well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage has stunning views over Bream Bay and provides comfortable living inside and out.

Enjoy bright, open living spaces filled with natural light and everything you need to feel right at home. Stay cosy year-round with a wood-burning fireplace and oil heaters for cooler nights, and a fan to keep you comfortable on warmer days. Kick back in the lounge with a good book or catch up on your favourite Freeview shows.

Step from the living onto a large deck with expansive sea views or enjoy the private covered courtyard - perfect for BBQs, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing with a drink and soaking in the ocean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals at home, whether you're dining indoors or out.

This three-bedroom home sleeps up to 7 guests, with a serene, view-facing main bedroom and flexible sleeping arrangements for families or friends. Bedroom one and two each have a queen bed, while bedroom three is set up with a single bunk set and a king single—perfect for kids or extra guests. You'll also have plenty of private parking on the driveway for easy access.

You're just a short 5-minute drive from Waipu Cove, where you’ll find a local dairy, the popular Cove Café, and beautiful white sand beaches perfect for swimming, surfing, or relaxing in the sun. Nature lovers will love that the Langs Beach to Waipu Cove Coastal Walkway is just 200m from the front door. Prefer something closer? Take a 600m stroll to quiet Ding Bay or continue on to Langs Beach (800m further).

Waipu Village is only a 15-minute drive away, with local shops, restaurants, and favourites like McLeod’s Pizza Barn & Brewery.

LINEN OPTIONS:  To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). 

Langs beach is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat. With its beautiful swimming and surf beaches and abundant marine life, Langs is a popular spot for sailing, fishing, surfing, diving and summer family fun.  Also enjoy the vibrant art and cafe scenes and local markets of Mangawhai and Waipu less than 15 minutes away.
