Located in the sought-after Golden Circle of Mangawhai Heads, you’re just a couple of minutes stroll to the calm, child-friendly estuary and a 20-minute scenic walk to the surf beach and Coastal Walking Track. Cafés, takeaways, shops, and a small supermarket are all a gentle 10-minute walk away—everything you need right at your doorstep.

Designed with families and small groups of mature adults in mind, the home features open-plan living with multiple seating areas and a heat pump for all-season comfort. The newly renovated kitchen includes modern appliances, an induction hob, and a Nespresso coffee machine—perfect for holiday breakfasts or relaxed dinners at home.

The house offers three good-sized bedrooms, two with Queen beds and beautiful sea views and the third with 2 sets of full-size single bunks.

With WiFi, a Smart TV, books, and board games, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained, whether you’re unwinding in the evenings or escaping a rare rainy day in the winterless North.

Please note the following:

There is no access to the downstairs area inside the house as it is used for the owner's storage.   

The TV in the bedroom is for streaming only using an hdmi-usbc cord connected to your device.

The ranchsliders facing the view in the bedrooms are permanently disabled as there is currently no deck.

The outside shower is cold water only.

There are security cameras outside, one on the fence overlooking the driveway/garage door and one on the end of the covered deck monitoring the top entrance.

LINEN OPTIONS:  To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
