Escape to the coast at Langs & Leisure, a relaxed three-bedroom retreat tucked away in the peaceful Lang Cove community. With a flexible sleeping setup that works especially well for two families holidaying together, plus a leafy bush outlook, a sneak peak of the beach and easy access to beautiful Langs Beach, it’s an ideal spot for long summer stays, beach weekends and laid-back family getaways.

The space

Light-filled, spacious and designed for easy coastal living, the home is spread across two levels, giving everyone room to relax.

Upstairs is the heart of the home, where the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto two semi-covered decks. Start the day with coffee outside, gather everyone around the table after a morning at the beach, or settle in for an evening drink while the kids wind down.

A convenient powder room is also located on this level.

Downstairs, the three bedrooms are set up with families in mind. Two bedrooms each feature a large bed, giving parents their own comfortable spaces, while the third bedroom has two sets of single bunks – a fun bunk room with space for up to four kids.

With two bathrooms downstairs, including an ensuite, the layout is particularly handy when two families are sharing the house.

There's also a double garage with integrated laundry, along with generous off-street parking.

Made for family beach holidays

One of the highlights of staying here is how easy it is to embrace the Langs Beach lifestyle. A network of local walkways connects the property with the reserve and Langs Beach without needing to walk along the main road.

Grab the towels and head down for a morning swim, spend the afternoon on the sand, then wander home for dinner and drinks on the deck while the kids relax in their own bunk room.

When you're ready to explore further, Waipu Cove is just minutes away, putting even more of this beautiful stretch of Northland coastline within easy reach.

LINEN OPTIONS:  To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).

With its beautiful swimming and surf beaches and abundant marine life, Langs is a popular spot for sailing, fishing, surfing, diving and summer family fun.  Also enjoy the vibrant art and cafe scenes and local markets of Mangawhai and Waipu less than 15 minutes away.
