Welcome to The Pool House, a stylish Mangawhai Heads retreat where relaxed coastal living meets your own private poolside escape.Beautifully presented and tucked away in a quiet setting, this spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is designed for easy holidays with family and friends.

Light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas create a welcoming central hub, with excellent indoor-outdoor flow making it just as easy to spend your days outside as in.

The real highlight is the superb outdoor entertaining area. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (available Labour weekend to end of April), stretch out poolside with a book, or settle in for a long lunch under the covered alfresco area. As evening rolls around, the large outdoor fireplace provides a fantastic gathering place for drinks, conversation and relaxed nights at home.

Inside, the contemporary kitchen is well equipped for holiday cooking and entertaining, with plenty of bench space and a generous walk-in pantry. The adjoining dining and living areas provide plenty of room for everyone to come together while still feeling spacious and comfortable.

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a generous master suite with its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, making The Pool House equally well suited to families, couples travelling together or a group of friends. For your comfort year-round, there is a heat pump in the living area, a spare portable heater and three portable fans. 

Set on a large, private section in Mangawhai Heads, you'll have the best of both worlds – your own peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of Mangawhai's beaches, estuary, cafés, restaurants, golf courses and other local attractions.

Whether your perfect Mangawhai holiday involves mornings at the beach, afternoons beside the pool or evenings gathered around the outdoor fire, The Pool House is a fantastic place to relax, entertain and enjoy time together.

Notes:

1. Small to Medium dogs only may be allowed by inquiry. The back area of the property is fully fenced, but part of this is a temporary fence which can be pulled across. 
2. The outdoor fireplace is stacked with wood for your stay. If you require further wood in excess of this, bags can be purchased from the local supermarkets.
3. There are three external security cameras at this property, two of which cover the front of the property. There is, however, one in the outdoor area, and this will be covered during stays. 

LINEN:  Provision of all linen including shower towels is included in the Cleaning Fee, just bring your beach/pool towels.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). 

Mangawhai is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat. With its beautiful swimming and surf beaches and abundant marine life, Mangawhai is a popular spot for sailing, fishing, surfing, diving and summer family fun. The clear waters of the estuary provide safe family swimming, and the secluded white sand beaches of Te Arai and Pakiri are a short drive away.

Enjoy the vibrant art and cafe scene, local farmers market and the famous Bennetts Chocolate Shop. Soak up the natural beauty of this slice of coastal paradise, beachcombing, bush walking or just relaxing in a comfy chair with a glass of something cool.
